Eligibility for Refunds
Course Enrollment Refunds
Refund eligibility for course enrollments is determined based on the following criteria:
- Requests made within 14 days of initial purchase
- Less than 20% of course content has been accessed or completed
- No certificates or completion credentials have been issued
- No downloadable materials have been accessed or downloaded
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rata refunds if cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase
Live Sessions and Workshops
Refunds for live sessions and workshops are subject to the following conditions:
- Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session
- 50% refund available if cancellation is made 3-6 days before the scheduled session
- No refund available for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled session
- We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided
Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable:
- Completed courses where a certificate has been issued
- Services purchased during promotional periods explicitly marked as non-refundable
- Custom or personalized content created specifically for the purchaser
- Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
- Processing fees or administrative charges
- Partial subscription periods after the refund eligibility window has passed
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
- Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request
We will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, additional instructions will be provided.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days from the date of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content:

- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued at our discretion
Course Cancellations by Forelithra
If we cancel or discontinue a course or service:
- Enrolled students will receive full refunds for any unused portions

Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances:

- We will review requests on a case-by-case basis
- Alternative solutions such as course transfers or extended access may be offered
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued:
- When only a portion of bundled services has been utilized
- For pro-rata calculations on annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term
- When specific course modules within a program have not been accessed
Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on the original purchase price and the proportion of content or services utilized.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider:
- Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback
- Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of account access
- We reserve the right to provide transaction documentation to payment providers
- Account privileges may be revoked if fraudulent disputes are filed
Payment Method Specific Terms
Credit and Debit Cards
Refunds to credit or debit cards will be processed through the same transaction channel used for the original purchase.
